Teachers / experts out there, especially in Gauteng. I know there was a debate a week or so back on the radio about the issue of languages in school. My question is more on how many languages should a child take in grade 8. Back in my days,a maximum of 2 was in order. My daughter came home yesterday saying she has SEPEDI as a language on top of the normal English and Afrikaans. Is it compulsory for a third language or is it a matter of choice ?
