vika.theresa@gmail.com Teachers / experts out there, especially in Gauteng. I know there was a debate a week or so back on the radio about the issue of languages in school. My question is more on how many languages should a child take in grade 8. Back in my days,a maximum of 2 was in order. My daughter came home yesterday saying she has SEPEDI as a language on top of the normal English and Afrikaans. Is it compulsory for a third language or is it a matter of choice ?

UndercoverGeek Just submitted my latest column for "Undercover Geek" in The Afropolitan magazine. Feeling very naughty seeing as the theme is sex and technology and so, I've finally gotten to bring my expert knowledge to bear in dissecting the porn industry and all its technological wonders. I always knew my guru knowledge of porn would come in use one day :-) - I'll let you know when the issue is out and available to read online...
